Jemima has worked in and with in-house legal teams globally for 20 years and is proudly a certified legal ops nerd*. She is an expert in legal operations, strategy, transformation and continuous improvement and is known for her pragmatic approach. Jemima thrives on helping clients become more effective, efficient and happier lawyers. She has delivered projects across process improvement, operating model review and transformation, developing legal team strategies and legal ops roadmaps as well as legal tech selection & implementation.

Ben Whitwell
Founder/Director
Ben is a career litigator, having worked for the country’s leading plaintiff and corporate firms as well as government over the last 20 years. He has a wealth of experience in legal operations, strategy, process improvement and tech development & selection, coupled with more than 30 years of management experience. Ben is also a certified Legal Project Manager* and has worked with legal teams and corporate & government clients, home and abroad, to deliver increased efficiency, capability, scalability and execution with their projects.
